Posts are written in the composer. Open it with Create in the sidebar, or by clicking a day on the Calendar, which starts a post on that date.
1. Choose where it goes
The accounts in your current social portfolio are shown as icons across the top of the composer. Click an icon to include or leave out that account. At least one account has to stay selected.
2. Write a version for each network
Every selected account gets its own section. Networks have different limits and styles, so you write the version for each one separately. A LinkedIn post can run to several paragraphs while the X version stays to one sentence.
- Each section shows a live character count against that network's limit.
- To start every network from the same text, write it once and use Copy post content to all posts (the copy icon in the toolbar under the text box). Then trim each one.
- On X, Threads and Bluesky, you can split a post into a thread. See Post a thread.
- The AI Wizard, the sparkles icon in the same toolbar, can shorten, rephrase or change the tone of a draft for you.
3. Add media
Open the Media tab beside the composer to add images and videos from the portfolio's media library, or upload new ones. The composer checks each network's rules, such as how many images a post can carry or whether it needs a video, and tells you what to fix before you schedule. For accessibility, add alt text to your images.
Use the Preview tab to see roughly how the post will look on each network.
4. Choose when
Pick a date and time with the date picker. Times are shown in your computer's time zone. Then choose one of:
- Schedule Post publishes at the time you picked.
- Post Now publishes straight away.
- Save as Draft keeps the post without scheduling it, so you can finish it later.
You do not need to stay signed in or keep your computer on. Scheduled posts are published by Fluxi's servers.
Where to find it afterwards
Scheduled posts appear on the Calendar and in Posts, where you can filter by network and status. To change one, see Edit or delete a scheduled post.
