On X, Threads and Bluesky, a thread is a chain of posts in which each one replies to the one before. Fluxi publishes the whole chain in order at the time you schedule, so it appears as one connected thread rather than separate posts.
Build a thread
- In the composer, include the X, Threads or Bluesky account.
- Write the first post in that network's section.
- Choose Add thread to add the next post in the chain. Repeat for as many posts as you need.
- Add media to any post in the chain. Each post has its own media, within that network's limits.
- Schedule as usual.
Each network's thread is independent, so the X thread and the Bluesky thread can be split differently. Every post in a thread has to fit that network's character limit, and the composer flags any that do not.
If part of a thread fails
The posts are published one after another. If one fails partway through, for example because a network rejects an image, the posts before it stay published. The post is marked as failed with the reason, so you can see where it stopped. See Why did my post fail?.
