Hashtags
Save the hashtag sets you keep retyping
Build a group per campaign or per client, then insert the whole set into a post in one click. Groups live with the portfolio they belong to, so the right tags are always the ones in front of you — and the wrong client’s are not.
One click, whole set
Insert twenty tags without typing twenty tags. The group goes in as a block.
Grouped how you work
A group per campaign, per product, per content pillar — whatever your tagging strategy actually is.
Scoped per client
Groups belong to a social portfolio, so you cannot accidentally tag one client’s post with another’s branded hashtag.
Shared with the team
Everyone working on the portfolio sees the same groups, so tagging stays consistent no matter who drafts the post.
Hashtags are repetitive by design
A tagging strategy only works if it is applied consistently, which means the same sets go out again and again. That is exactly the kind of work software should absorb, and yet most people still keep their sets in a notes app, a pinned message or their head — and then retype them, slightly differently, every time. Slight differences are the problem: a branded tag that is right nine times out of ten is a branded tag nobody can report on.
Groups that live with the client
In Fluxi a hashtag group belongs to a social portfolio, alongside that client’s calendar, media and connected accounts. Switch client and the groups switch too. You see one client’s tags at a time, which makes picking the right one fast and picking the wrong one difficult.
- Create as many groups per portfolio as your strategy needs
- Edit a group once and everyone on the team gets the corrected set
- Groups are visible in the composer, so you are not leaving the draft to find them
- Insert the whole group, then trim individual tags for a particular post
Consistency across a team
The moment more than one person posts for a client, tagging drifts. Saved groups fix that at the source: the set is defined once, shared with everyone who works on that portfolio, and inserted rather than remembered. A new freelancer’s first post is tagged the same way as your hundredth.
Still your call, per post
Inserting a group is a starting point, not a lock. The tags land in the draft as ordinary text, so you can delete the three that do not fit this particular post or add one that is specific to it. The group saves you the typing without making the decision for you.
Questions people ask
As many as you need, per portfolio. Most people end up with one per content pillar or campaign rather than one enormous list.
Yes. Groups belong to the social portfolio, so everyone working on that client sees and uses the same sets — which is what keeps tagging consistent across people.
Yes. The group inserts as normal text in the draft, so you can add or remove individual tags for that post without changing the saved group.
Hashtag groups are sets you define and save. If you want help generating ideas, the free hashtag generator on this site is a good starting point, and the AI Wizard can work tags into a draft on request.
