Privacy policy
How Fluxi AI Ltd handles your data, and the data of the accounts you connect. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Who we are
Fluxi is operated by Fluxi AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the account information you give us, and a data processor for the content you publish through connected social accounts. For anything in this policy, contact support@tryfluxi.com.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the service, and nothing for advertising purposes.
- Account details — your name, email address and a hashed password, plus the team you belong to
- Connected social accounts — the access tokens each network issues when you authorise Fluxi, and the account identifiers needed to publish
- Content you create — drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media and saved hashtag groups
- Billing information — handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference and subscription state, never full card details
- Operational logs — records of publishing attempts and their outcomes, which is how a failed post can tell you why it failed
What we do with it
We use your data to operate Fluxi: to publish the posts you schedule, to show you your calendar and media, to bill you correctly, and to answer you when you contact support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your posts to train models for anyone else.
Social account connections
When you connect an account, the network issues Fluxi a token that permits publishing on that account’s behalf. We store that token so scheduled posts can go out when you are not signed in. We never receive or store the password for a connected account, and the account holder can revoke Fluxi’s access from the network’s own settings at any time, without going through us.
The AI Wizard
Content is only sent to the AI Wizard when you use it. When you do, the draft text you ask it to work on is sent to a third-party language model provider to produce the suggestion. It is used to answer that request and is not used to train the provider’s models. If you would rather no post content left Fluxi at all, simply do not use the AI Wizard — everything else works the same.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in our production database and object storage, hosted with reputable infrastructure providers. Some of our processors — including Stripe and our language model provider — may process data outside the UK and EEA, under the safeguards their own terms provide.
How long we keep it
Account and content data is kept for as long as your team has an account with us. When you close an account we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records — billing records in particular — for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request.
Cookies
The app uses cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. This marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Questions go to support@tryfluxi.com.
