Terms of service

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must give accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Team members you invite act under your team’s account, and you are responsible for their use of the service.

The free trial

New teams get fourteen days without entering a card. The trial is limited — one social portfolio, one person, a capped number of connected platforms and scheduled posts a day. When it ends, access stops until you subscribe. We may change the terms of the trial for future signups.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or annually. Changing the number of portfolios or seats during a period is prorated against that period, and we show you the amount before you confirm it.

• Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel
• Annual plans run for twelve months and renew annually
• Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your renewal
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and scheduled posts stop being published when your access ends. We do not generally give refunds for part-used periods, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out.

Connected accounts and third-party networks

Fluxi publishes to social networks we do not control. Your use of those accounts is also governed by each network’s own terms, and you confirm that you have permission to publish to every account you connect. If a network changes its rules, restricts its API or suspends an account, that may affect what Fluxi can do, and we cannot be responsible for those decisions.

Acceptable use

Fluxi may not be used to publish unlawful content, to harass anyone, to impersonate a person or organisation, to distribute malware, or to run automated activity that breaches a network’s terms. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

Your content

Your drafts, posts and uploaded media remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store that content and to publish it to the accounts you have connected, which is simply what operating the service requires. We do not claim ownership of anything you create.

Availability

We work to keep Fluxi running and posts publishing on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party networks being available and accepting our requests. Where a post fails, Fluxi records the reason so you can act on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Fluxi is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and will tell you before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to support@tryfluxi.com.
