Keyword replies
Comment GUIDE, get the guide
Ask people to comment a word — “Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you” — and Fluxi sends everyone who does the link, usually by direct message, within minutes. Comments go up, the people who wanted the link get it, and nobody spends an evening copy-pasting replies.
Comment to DM
Everyone who comments your keyword gets the link in their DMs on Instagram, Facebook, X and Bluesky.
Replies that do not look automated
Rotate up to ten versions of the message, greet people by first name, or let AI write the variations.
Per post or account-wide
Tie a keyword to one campaign post, or answer it on every post and in DMs to the account.
See who it answered
Every matched comment and message is listed with what Fluxi sent — sent, replied publicly, or why it could not.
Why comment-to-DM works
Asking people to comment a word for a link does two jobs at once. The comments tell the network the post is worth showing to more people, and the link arrives somewhere it can be clicked — a DM, rather than a caption where links do not work or a bio nobody visits. The catch has always been the replying: a post that does well can mean hundreds of people waiting for a message. Keyword replies take that part off your hands.
How it answers
Fluxi reads the comments on the post and, on networks with DMs, the messages to the account. When someone uses your keyword — matched as a whole word, in any case, emoji and punctuation allowed — it sends them your message. Optionally it also replies under their comment, so other people see it working and join in. Where a network has no DMs that tools can send, or someone has their messages closed, the link goes in a public reply instead.
- Instagram, Facebook, X and Bluesky: the link goes by DM
- Threads and YouTube: the link goes in a reply under the comment
- Put {name} in the message to greet people by their first name
- Paced to stay inside each network’s limits, even when a post goes viral
One campaign, or every post
Turn a keyword reply on for one post from the Automate button in the composer, and it listens to that post for thirty days. Or set one up for the whole account on the Keyword Replies page — “MENU” for your menu link, “PRICES” for the price list — and it answers on every post and in DMs until you stop it. A post’s own keyword reply wins over the account’s, so a campaign can send its own link.
Written so it does not look like a bot
The same reply pasted two hundred times looks automated, because it is. Fluxi rotates through up to ten versions of each message, and Write variations with AI drafts them in your brand voice for one AI credit. On X, where the rules require posts that DM people to say so, the composer reminds you to add a line like “I’ll DM you the link”.
Questions people ask
An automatic answer to anyone who comments or messages a word you choose. Fluxi sends them a message, usually a link, and can reply under their comment too.
Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky, Threads and YouTube. On the first four the link is sent by direct message; on Threads and YouTube, which have no DMs tools can send, it is posted as a reply under the comment.
Only for accounts where you have turned a keyword reply on, and only to answer the people who use your keywords. Accounts without one are left alone.
No limit from Fluxi. Replies are paced to stay within each network’s own limits, so on a post that takes off everyone is answered — some a few minutes later than others — without the account being flagged.
No. Sending replies is free. Only Write variations with AI uses a credit, once, when you ask it to draft versions of your message.
