Scheduling posts

Use the calendar

Switch between month, week and agenda views, filter by network or status, drag posts to reschedule, and start a post on any day.

Updated

The Calendar shows every post in the social portfolio you are working in: drafts, scheduled posts and what has already gone out.

Month, week and agenda

Choose a view at the top of the calendar:

  • Month shows the whole month, a few posts per day, with a link to the rest when a day is busy.
  • Week lays the week out by time, so you can see how posts are spread through each day. Times that are typically good for your networks are shaded. See suggested times.
  • Agenda is a list of upcoming days. It is the default on a phone.

Today brings you back to the current date. To start the week on a different day, open the settings menu (the cog) and change Week starts on.

Filter what you see

Use the filters to show one network, or one status: Drafts, Scheduled, Needs attention or Published. The view, date and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or send a link to a teammate.

Start a post on a day

In the month view, click an empty part of a day to open the composer on that date. In the week view, click a time slot to start a post at that time. On a phone, tap a day to list its posts underneath, with New post below them.

Plan with AI opens the composer on that day with AI Assist ready to write. It appears on upcoming days with nothing planned, and under the day you pick on a phone.

Reschedule by dragging

Drag a scheduled post or draft to another day, or in the week view to another time. Fluxi shows the new time, with Undo if you dropped it in the wrong place. Posts that have started publishing cannot be moved. Dragging works with a mouse or trackpad. On a phone, open the post and change its time instead.

Open a post

Click a post that has not gone out yet to open it in the composer. Click one that has published or failed to see what happened on each network, and to retry, duplicate or delete it. See Edit, reschedule or delete a post.
