Keyword replies answer people for you. Invite them to comment a word, like "Comment GUIDE and I'll send it to you", and Fluxi sends everyone who does the link, usually by direct message, within minutes.

LinkedIn and TikTok do not offer keyword replies.
One post, or the whole account
- For one post: in the composer, choose Automate and turn on Keyword reply. Fluxi listens to that post's comments for 30 days after it publishes.
- For the whole account: go to Keyword Replies in the sidebar and choose Add keyword reply for the account. It answers comments on any of the account's posts, and direct messages to the account where the network has them. It runs until you stop it, or until the Stop on date if you set one.
If a post has its own keyword reply, it wins over the account's for comments on that post, so a campaign post can send its own link. On YouTube, keyword replies are account-wide only.
Set one up
- Keywords. Type a word and press Enter. Add as many as you like. They are matched as whole words, in any case, so "guide", "GUIDE!" and "Guide 🙏" all count, but "guidebook" does not.
- The message. Write what to send, usually the link. Put
{name}where you want the person's first name, for example "Hi {name}! Here's the guide: yoursite.com/guide". Where the network does not give a name, Fluxi leaves it out. - Also reply under their comment (optional). A short public reply, such as "Sent it to your DMs! 📩", shows others it works so they join in. If someone cannot be messaged, Fluxi posts the link here instead.
Add up to ten versions of each message, or choose Write variations with AI (1 credit). Fluxi rotates through them, so replies do not look automated.
On X, a post with a keyword reply has to tell people they will be messaged, for example "I'll DM you the link". X requires it, and the composer reminds you if it is missing.
See who it answered
On the Keyword Replies page, open a rule's activity to see every comment or message it matched and what happened: Waiting, Sent, Replied publicly or Failed. Messages fail most often because the person has messages turned off or the network's window to reply has passed.
Fluxi paces replies to stay within each network's limits, so a post that goes viral gets everyone answered without the account being flagged.
Before you start
Keyword replies need permission to read comments and send messages. If an account was connected before Fluxi asked for that, the Keyword Replies page asks you to reconnect it. For Bluesky, create a new app password with Allow access to your direct messages ticked. See Reconnect an account.
Fluxi only reads and keeps comments and messages for accounts that have a keyword reply turned on. Accounts without one are left alone. See What Fluxi can access.
