The business profile holds the facts the AI may use when it writes for a portfolio, such as what you sell, what it costs, when you are open and where to find you. AI Images uses its logo and brand colours for branded images.
Fill it in from your website
The fastest way is to let Fluxi read your site.
- In AI Assist, click the bar under the top line to open the Brand profile, then choose the Business tab. The same form is in your portfolio's settings.
- Under Website, enter your address and press Refresh from website.
- Fluxi reads the site's pages for your logo, brand colours, products, offers, contact details and social profiles. This usually takes under a minute.
- Check what it found, change anything that is wrong, then press Save.
New accounts are offered this during setup, straight after naming their first portfolio, so the AI knows the business from the very first post.
What's in it
- Identity: logo, business name, tagline, industry and language. The language decides spelling, such as colour or color.
- Look: up to five brand colours, each with a role (primary, secondary, accent or neutral).
- Products and services, with descriptions and prices.
- Offers that are running now.
- Selling points, values and the topics you post about.
- Contact details and opening hours.
- Social profiles.
Every field is optional, and anything you leave blank is simply not used.
How the AI uses it
AI Assist may mention and link to anything in the profile when it is relevant. So a post about a new pastry can say what it costs and when you are open, without you typing it out every time. It does not invent details that are not in the profile.
Keep it current. If an offer ends or your hours change, update the profile so the AI stops mentioning the old one.
