AI Assist and AI Images are quickest when they have the right context. A few habits make a big difference.
Set things up once
- Fill in your business profile. Paste your website and let Fluxi read it. Products, prices, hours and offers are what turn a generic post into a useful one.
- Set a brand voice. Pasting one real post into Example of your writing often helps more than anything else.
- Add banned words to Never mention, such as competitors, or words you never want to see.
Writing posts
- Start from a photo when you have one. Generate post for this image gives the AI something concrete to write about.
- Brief with facts, not adjectives. Spiced pear danish is back, only 30 a day, Saturdays sell out by 11 beats write an exciting post about our pastry.
- Refine instead of restarting. Each request after a suggestion refines that suggestion. Two quick edits are usually faster than one long prompt.
- Write for your main network, then Adapt. Get one version right, then let Adapt rewrite it for the rest.
Making images
- Say what it is for. A promo card for our autumn bake box gets a better layout than an autumn picture.
- Put the exact words in quotes when a graphic needs lettering, and keep them short.
- Change one thing at a time with Edit this, and keep the versions you like.
- Use the right shape. Check the ratio matches where the image is going before you generate.
Always check
The AI is quick, but you are the editor. Before you schedule, check names, prices, dates and anything a client needs to approve.
