Accounts belong to a social portfolio, so you connect each one from inside the portfolio it posts for.
Connect an account
- Go to Settings → Social Portfolios and open the portfolio.
- Under Connect a new account, choose the network.
- You are sent to that network's own sign-in and approval screen. Sign in as the account you want Fluxi to post to and approve access.
- You are brought back to Fluxi, and the account appears under the portfolio's connected accounts.
Most networks work this way. Two need an extra step:
- Facebook and LinkedIn Pages ask you to choose which Page to connect after you approve access. See Connect a Facebook Page and Connect a LinkedIn profile or Page.
- Bluesky uses an app password instead of a sign-in screen. See Connect Bluesky with an app password.
You never share a password with Fluxi
The account holder approves access on the network's own site, so nobody hands over login details. If you manage a client's accounts, the client can approve the connection themselves, and they can revoke it from the network's settings at any time.
Which networks are available
Only networks that are not already connected to the portfolio are listed, because a portfolio holds one account per network. On the free trial you can connect up to three networks per portfolio. Paid plans have no limit.
Disconnect an account
Open the portfolio in Settings → Social Portfolios and use the delete button next to the account. Posts that already went out stay on the network.
Posts still scheduled for that network are not deleted. If no account for the network is connected when they come due, they fail with a message asking you to reconnect.
If you are only disconnecting to switch to a different account on the same network, you can connect the new one straight afterwards.
