The two plans
Pay As You Go is priced by what you use:
- $10 a month for each social portfolio
- $10 a month for each person beyond you. You are always included.
Unlimited is $199 a month for any number of portfolios and people. If your Pay As You Go total would come to more than that, choose Unlimited instead.
Both plans include the AI Wizard with a monthly allowance of AI credits, and neither limits how many networks you connect or how many posts you schedule.
Monthly or annual
Annual billing costs nine months’ price for twelve, applied to every line of your plan. You can switch between monthly and annual later.
Choose a plan
Go to Settings → Subscription, choose Pay As You Go or Unlimited, set how many portfolios and extra people you need, pick monthly or annual, and check out. The summary shows exactly what you will pay before you confirm.
Add or remove portfolios and seats
On Pay As You Go, change the number of portfolios or team members in Settings → Subscription whenever your needs change. The difference is prorated against your current billing period, and Fluxi shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
You cannot reduce the number below what you are currently using. Delete a portfolio or remove a teammate first.
Invoices, cards and cancelling
Choose Manage billing in Settings → Subscription to open the billing portal, run by our payment provider, Stripe. From there you can:
- update your card
- download invoices and receipts
- cancel, or undo a cancellation
When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, Fluxi asks you to choose a plan before you can continue. Your portfolios, accounts and scheduled posts are kept, and scheduled posts publish again once you resubscribe.
If a payment fails
Fluxi shows a warning on the Subscription page, and Stripe retries the payment. Update your card in the billing portal to avoid an interruption. If Stripe stops retrying, scheduled posts are held, not deleted, until the payment goes through.
